Urbaner KunstRaum Wuppertal - Edition 2023: Nils Westergard aka NILS RVA (born in Belgium) is a Belgian-American street artist and filmmaker from Richmond, who lives in Amsterdam. He started graffiti at a young age in Washington, DC.  Today, his massive, dripping black and white portraits can be seen on walls around the world, closely followed by his highly detailed stencil work in galleries.
