The Blure Hour

"The strong below, the weak above and the child at the top must always be" 
Coorcopar and the "Centro Amanecer", on the façade of their building, have wanted to convey a message to the people who attend: "Even though we are going through difficult times, we are going to get out of them" Okuda wanted to interpret this message based on the architecture of the city to transfer it to his surrealist language and launch a message of joy, optimism and hope. Okuda stated that it is a personification of the city, posing it with elements known by the  Torrelaveguenses such as the Torre de la Vega, a chimney, brick walls, representing the strong
 In the centre are the weak, identified by a face that could be ours, which is linked to the city through its skin of many colours that shows equality within diversity, since we are all equal 
In the upper part, childhood is represented, surrounded by flowers, light, colour and two stars of Chaos, that delimit the composition of the sun and the moon in our days and that are Okuda's interpretation of the Compass Rose, which, beyond the four cardinal points, shows us infinite paths and possibilities to follow in our lives 
The scene is completed with different imaginary beings from Okuda, where there are animals and plants that try to balance humanity's relationship with the planet. 
The "Centro Amanecer" has managed to bring Okuda to the "walls" of his city and his house, so we hope that it will become a benchmark and an indelible mark in Torrelavega

La Hora Azul 

 “Los fuertes abajo, los débiles arriba y el niño en la cumbre siempre ha de estar “   

Coorcopar y el “Centro Amanecer”, en la fachada de su edificio, han querido transmitir un mensaje a la gente que asisten: “Aunque estemos atravesando momentos difíciles vamos a salir de ellos” 

Okuda ha querido interpretar este mensaje basándose en la arquitectura de la ciudad para trasladarlo a su lenguaje surrealista y lanzar un mensaje de alegría, optimismo y esperanza. Manifestó Okuda, que se trata de una personificación de la ciudad, planteándolo con elementos conocidos para los torrelaveguenses como la torre de la Vega, una chimenea, ladrillo, que representan a los fuertes 

En el centro están los débiles representados por una cara que podría ser la nuestra, que está unida a la ciudad a través de su piel de muchos colores que evidencia la igualdad dentro de la diversidad, pues todos somos iguales 

En la parte superior está representada la infancia, rodeada de flores, luz y color

Aparecen dos estrellas del Caos que delimitan la composición del sol y de la luna en nuestros días y que son la interpretación de Okuda de la Rosa de los vientos, que más allá de  los cuatro puntos cardinales, nos muestra infinidad de caminos y posibilidades que seguir en nuestras vidas  

La escena se completa con diferentes seres imaginarios de Okuda, donde no faltan animales y plantas que tratan de equilibrar la relación de la humanidad con el planeta.

El “Centro Amanecer” ha conseguido traer a Okuda a los “muros” de su ciudad y de su casa, por eso esperamos que se convierta en un referente y una huella imborrable en Torrelavega
