Eddy Merckx remains hugely popular after all these years as fans from all over the world continue to flock to his hometown. For example, fans from Mexico recently came by. "This mural is certainly an added value for the many fans and cyclists who pass by here. And of course, all visitors and cyclists are welcome to recharge their batteries in Café 't Klein Verlet."
