Semilla y memoria

This mural pays homage to the work of the pine needle gatherers, specifically the women who worked in the La Esperanza forest, whose job was to collect the pine needles that fall from the pine trees and take them to the truck that bought them according to weight. Many of them had no contracts, no vacations, and no rights to a pension or to get sick, but they supported their families in a post-war era.
