A galah and a sulphur-crested cockatoo standing side by side painted on a white shed of a friend who dedicated their life as a WIRES wildlife carer. A tribute to the carers that keep animals safe and the ecologists who devote their lives to conservation, especially during the major damages of the 2019-20 Australian bushfire season. Painted during the second half of 2019 as a gift.
