Vattentornet (Watertower)

The reason for the painting was to make the water tower more visible and give it a stronger connection to Nacka. It can be seen from far away and works almost like a large sign for the area. The painting looks colorful, playful and a little strange. At first, it can be difficult to understand what it shows. It is not a realistic picture, but it is not completely abstract either. When you look more closely, you can see shapes that look like letters. The letters form the name NACKA. The painting is very old and was completed in 1987.
