El Bodegón

This mural is an artistic composition based on everyday items, mostly objects that could be found in every home along the Tajo-Internacional and Extremadura rivers during the 20th century. Most of these items can be found in the Casa de la Gitana Interpretation Center.

Some of the items depicted include a piece of paper for measuring wheat, a frying pan with its corresponding trivet, a pitcher for storing water, a kneeler for carrying these pitchers, a decorative vessel and plate, a blanket for newborns, and a silo for curing cheeses and sausages.

Este mural es una composición artística a base de elementos cotidianos, mayormente objetos que se podían encontrar en todas las casas del Tajo-Internacional y Extremadura durante el siglo XX, la mayoría de ellos los podemos encontrar en el Centro de Interpretación Casa de la Gitana.

Algunos de los elementos representados son, cuartillas para medir el trigo, una sartén con su correspondiente trébede, un cántaro para almacenar agua, una rodilla para transportar estos cantaros, una vasija y un plato decorativo, una manta para recién nacidos o un silo para curar quesos y embutidos.
