Nesper, ziben, augumiņu

Created in response to a sketch competition, this mural transforms a transformer substation into a celebration of Latvian and Latgalian cultural heritage. The artwork features traditional Latvian symbolic motifs combined with a fragment of a folk song in the Latgalian language. By bringing together ancestral symbolism and contemporary mural art, the piece creates a distinctive landmark that connects local identity with the modern urban landscape.

The mural was created as the winning proposal of a sketch competition organized by “Sadales tīkli”.
