LINALYL ACETATE & CITRUS BERGAMIA

A tribute to bergamot (Citrus bergamia), a fruit cultivated almost exclusively along the coast of Reggio Calabria and one of the region’s most iconic symbols. The title references linalyl acetate, one of the main aromatic compounds found in bergamot essential oil, responsible for part of its distinctive fragrance. Through monumental bergamot blossoms, the mural celebrates the deep connection between landscape, local identity, and botanical heritage.
