Mural made for @stoneartpt. The painting carried out had as its inspiration and starting point the process of transforming natural stone into a piece of art. The constant physical effort that is required throughout the raw material modelling process also transforms and shapes the artist's body, which bears deformations, marks and scars as evidence of a life trajectory in favour of the love of art and its craft.

In parallel to this metaphor of transformation, I wanted to portray a sculptor, a woman, also sculpting a female torso, taking the double meaning, the double consequence that results from this process of shaping a body. A woman sculptor as proof of the perfect ability to perform work of great physical effort, dissolving the idea, still present, that they are still a weaker sex and treat it is a minor condition. They too can enter and be successfully in areas that are not so conventionally associated with their gender, by proving their value from the work they do. It´s a roar to break those shackles that society imposes on them at birth and choose their fight and their path.
