West End Carnival

A mural commissioned by Plymouth City Council to celebrate the West End Carnival. Thank you to Mrs Murals who gave permission to use photos she shared on Instagram while working on this piece - the convenience store next door to the hoardings the artwork is painted on had parked delivery trolleys in front,  making it impossible to take a photo showing the whole image. It's at the end of New George Street, in the corner on the left where it meets Market Avenue.
