The Wave

A foam capped wave, painted on the side of a house in Connaught Avenue that's on the corner with Mutley Plain Lane opposite College Lane. Part of the Safer Streets Initiative, it was organised by Plymouth Artists Together who work with property owners to bring legal art to neglected places.
