The work Rainbow Nation portrays the heads of the 4 famous people (starting from the top):

1. Leeroy Matata. A German Youtuber and former wheelchair basketball player.

2. Margot Friedländer: Recipient of the Federal Cross of Merit, Holocaust survivor and contemporary witness.

3. Tessa Ganserer: One of the first two trans women in the German Bundestag.

4. Mai Thy Nguyen-Kim: A German chemist, author and science journalist

A fingerprint can be seen on each of the faces. This symbolises the uniqueness of each person. Lapiz deliberately chose people who represent a minority group and have suffered discrimination, persecution or social disadvantage.
