Quartier idéal

Réalisée par les jeunes du quartier de Germinal sous la houlette de Vanessa Mohrhardt et Mister Gillus, l'oeuvre s’est nourrie des idées et avis des habitantes et habitants sondés sur leur « Quartier Idéal ». Objectif ? Tisser du lien en misant sur l’expression artistique.
