This wall is the second facade of a series of 4 in total in the district Zeeheldenbuurt. The murals fit in with the surroundings here, where streets are named after naval heroes. They will all be murals with heroes, water and adventures. We (will) see:
- children having fun and going on adventures in their fantasy and imagination
- children as modern heroes, enjoying the moment
- the diversity of different cultures and
- children navigating imaginary waters with determination and courage.

Artist Tim Rodermans says about the designs: "These works of art are a joyful visual treat for passers-by. They remind us that, regardless of our backgrounds and experiences, we are all capable of enjoying the journey that life has to offer together.’

Tim Rodermans, 43 years old, has been involved in graffiti and art since his youth. First as a troublemaker and later on as a professional artist.
