The Spanish artist SAM3 is known for his silouette-like murals. His artworks are ironic, poetic, but above all provocative. They deal with classic philosophical topics, question habits and refer to current social discourses. Due to the reduction to a few colors and the partly graphic style, his pictures have an unusual presence. Despite, or perhaps because of, their simplicity, they invite the viewer to debate and gradually reveal their message. His works are dominated by figurative elements that are in metamorphosis with their environment.
SAM3 works with symbols such as roots and ladders. Figures with oversized heads are typical of his style. The native Spaniard and urban artist currently lives in Athens.
