Wolkenschaukel

The "Wolkenschaukel" (Cloud Swing) is a well-known, colorful kinetic sculpture by the renowned German artist Otmar Alt.

Standing roughly ten meters tall, this striking steel artwork with baked-on lacquer was inaugurated on May 30, 1984, near the main railway station in Hamm. It is one of the most prominent pieces of public art in Hamm, showcasing Otmar Alt's signature imaginative, vibrant, and Pop-Art-inspired style.
