The „Wasserspieler“ (Water Player) fountain sculpture by Otmar Alt is located in the pedestrian zone of Weststraße. It was commissioned by the local utility company (Stadtwerke Hamm) and inaugurated on October 10, 1997, this vibrant kinetic fountain fountain serves as a colorful, whimsical meeting point in the shopping district.
