Escort Rock Robbery

The main 36-metre feature wall which depicts the biggest gold robbery of the Australia Gold Rush era, sees the Gardiner Gang at Eugowra Rocks (now known as Escort Rock). Part of the Eugowra's Most Wanted event to coincide with the 150th anniversary of the town, this wall was painted with the help of many artists and signwriters throughout the East Coast.

This artwork was painted by a large group of sixteen artists, which include Bill Eppelstun, Christine Whitty, Shaz Fensom, Elsie Mahon, Julie Hamilton, Cheryl Maclean, Les Quick, Glen Morton, Dave Cardwell, Pat Smith, Gerri Fraiser, Bella Fraiser, Howard Fraiser, Fran Thorne, Lance Stapleton, and Paul Jordan.
