La Virgen

In a city full of images of the Virgin Mary, this one stands out. It is beautifully depicted on a garage in an unassuming neighborhood. For the background the artist has divided the "cells" of the garage and painted each individually but in a way that they're connected with horizontal lines on the right side, and diagonal lines on the left. The lack of strict definition makes the painting soft and comforting.
