Fryderyk Chopin

Fryderyk Chopin came to Duszniki-Zdrój for treatment in 1826. As a 16-year-old boy, he played two concerts there, the proceeds of which were intended for the maintenance of orphans. These concerts are considered as the first foreign performances of the young composer.
