When THSA (The Hague Street Art) asked local residents what they would like to see on the electricity substation, their wishes centred on the themes of ‘a peaceful scene in shades of green and blue’, ‘a landscape’ and ‘something that evokes a holiday’. The result is a sun slowly setting, plants floating on the water, and flowers and a lemon tree under the moon.
