The mural shows clothes hanging carelessly. The mural highlights, in a very special way, the rendering of texture in Johannes Vermeer's painting “Diana and Her Nymphs.” Here is what the artist has to say: “Here, it is the drapery that tells the story. The fabrics are silent witnesses to experiences, movements, and absences.”
It replaces the one which depicted Peter Paul Rubens's ‘Old Woman and Boy with Candles’ and painted by Julien de Casabianca. It is located in front of the Shalomkerk church.
