The power station is decorated with mauve flowers and half of a large yellow flower which is a nod to the name of the street Goudsbloemlaan (Golden Flower Lane).

It is situated on the Blauwe Druifjespad footpath, which starts at Goudsbloemlaan and runs alongside the Segbroek College school.
