Boerderij Vrederust (Vrederust farm)

The Vrederust farm was demolished in 1957 to make way for blocks of flats. It gave its name to the neighbourhood.

The mural shows, in the foreground, a wasp and a butterfly feeding on flowers, a wooden fence and, in the background, the farm with two peregrine falcons hovering in mid-flight.
