Enfance

With this mural, the artist Aéro demonstrates a remarkable mastery of spray paint, drawing on the full richness of monochrome to create an image of great emotional intensity. The choice of a purple palette allows the artist to draw the viewer’s attention to the play of light and the subtlety of the forms rather than to the colour itself. The almost photographic (realistic) rendering of the face contrasts with the ethereal quality of the elements surrounding it.
