"The Watchdog" was created in collaboration with GraffitiStreet as a response to the council's decision to paint over Joachim's previous mural, "The King of Cats," claiming it was inciting anti-social behavior. This decision sparked outrage in the city, with a local newspaper poll revealing that 92% of respondents wanted the street art back. In response, Joachim returned to paint "The Watchdog," symbolically keeping an eye on the community!
