Description from the artist: "Inspired by the waterwheel at C.W. Moore Park, we drew on the history of water as a tool for society-building to spark viewer curiosity and encourage engagement. 'Clepsydra' is 20' long steel sculpture that features six culturally-distinct, water-carrying vessels, a nod to the City's historic waterwheel system and the early immigrant cultures that built Boise."
