This vibrant mural is a stunning piece of contemporary street art created by the renowned Colombian artist Diana Ordóñez, professionally known as Ledania. Painted in the summer of 2022, the permanent artwork adorns a narrow vertical facade panel right at the main entrance of the Liebesbier Urban Art Hotel in Bayreuth, Germany.The composition depicts a towering, mythological face brought to life through bold, psychedelic shapes and an intense, glowing color palette. Positioned directly next to large glass windows, the piece creates a dynamic optical effect as the colorful figures mirror beautifully in the architecture. Ledania, a leading figure in the Latin American neo-muralism movement, is celebrated for her signature style that seamlessly blends folklore, flora, and fauna into dense, energetic patterns. Her presence in Bayreuth also extended beyond the canvas, as she collaborated with the adjacent brewery to design the custom label for a limited-edition craft beer.
