The impressive, large-scale mural by local Aschaffenburg artist Marc Robitzky (widely known in the urban art scene as SPEEDY) is located at Bernhardstraße 27 in the Damm district. This monumental artwork was created in July 2026 as a core highlight of the celebrated Aschaffenburg Culture Days. Celebrating the milestone neighborhood anniversary "125 Years of Damm," the highly detailed piece breathes vibrant, colorful life into a formerly gray building facade. The artist seamlessly blends his signature precision as an illustrator with elements deeply rooted in urban hip-hop culture to foster identity and creativity within the public space. This major creative initiative was made possible through the collaborative dedication of the Music, Art, and Culture Initiative Aschaffenburg e.V., Stadtbau Aschaffenburg, and the local cultural office. The mural invites residents and visitors alike to rediscover the historic atmosphere and modern transformation of the district during an art walk.
