Daniël Heynen (1984) is a Dutch visual artist whose practice operates at the intersection of graphic art, public space, and cultural heritage. Driven by a fascination with history, identity, and the stories embedded within places and communities, he has developed a distinctive visual language characterised by symbolism, layering, and bold visual contrasts. Following his education in Graphic Design, Heynen established an artistic practice that combines graphic principles with contemporary forms of artistic expression. His work ranges from autonomous artworks and installations to murals and large-scale public art projects.
