Title: Legacy and Roots of Agulo Artist: Airjecor Date: January 2026 Dimensions: 145 m² Technique: Spray and AcrylicI created this 145-square-meter piece in January 2026 as a visual tribute to the identity of Agulo. Using a combination of spray and acrylic techniques, my intention was to capture a dialogue between our inherited past and the future we are building in this municipality.In the mural, the figure of the girl represents the living present of the Silbo Gomero. She is the symbol of a tradition that endures—a unique whistled language declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. Here, the whistle merges with the peaks and the sea of our people, reminding us of the importance of our culture, from its most emblematic figures to its most ancestral customs.The heart of the composition is a gaze framed by hands, inspired by the sensitivity of Cesarina Bento, a pioneer of Canarian poetry. Through her eyes, I also reflect the warmth of the Bonfires of San Marcos (Hogueras de San Marcos), whose flames light up Agulo every year in a night of deep emotion. For me, this mural is a symbol of memory and belonging, a window into the essence of this place.As Cesarina herself wrote in her verses:"Oh! Mural for the holidays of the Land of Wheat

Mural made for the 50th anniversary of the C.E.I.P. AREGUME, in Los Silos, on the wall chosen there is an earlier mural made in 2013 by local artist Raquel which has been preserved. My commitment as an artist was to integrate the old mural, which tells the origin of the school and its name, and does not seem two isolated elements. In preserving this historic mural, consider it essential to pay tribute to the thousands of children who have trained at this school, who are the real protagonists and have allowed them, to this day, to continue educating new generations, thanks to the great teachers who have passed through the school.The mural depicts a child from the past, who writes with concentration, unaware that he is actually "drawing" the history of the future. On the other hand, a girl of the present reads the story that has brought her to the present moment. Around him are drawings that reflect their shared childhood over time, as children have been children any time, anywhere, and in any adult.

50 years of teaching

Paco el Galano in the La Orotava districtTitle 'Memories, memories and tradition', it mainly represents the idiosyncrasy and the festivities with their own elements, from the neighborhood of La Luz.The work shows young hands without being the main element of the composition, which holds a representative photograph of the parties, on the left side another set of old photographs that tell the history of the neighborhood. These hands represent the youth that enters that album or box of photos of grandparents, that learns from history, that converses with their elders and invites them to share moments with the family.💬 The Youth area of the city council, led by Darío Afonso, has been promoting an artistic project in different spaces, both public and private, in the municipality since 2018, to highlight and incorporate urban art into our street for the enjoyment of all citizens, in addition to betting on culture, education and art. Thus, murals have been made in multiple parts of the municipality by young artists.

Mural in tribute to Don Vicente and the neighborhood festivities

Traditional colours

This mural, created for the 40th anniversary of the Pinolere fair in La Orotava, refers to the generational change and is a tribute to artisans and their trades. It portrays Don Juan Ramírez as a representative of the artisans.

Compartiendo saberes

This mural is contracted by the volunteer firefighters of Santiago del Teide to commemorate the 25th anniversary of its foundation. The artist Airjecor included one of his trucks and his mascot, as well as an action of the firefighter with the hose.

Always with you

This mural was made for being the winner in the popular voting sketch contest held in the municipality of Los Silos. The mural tells the history of the municipality and portrays an illustrious neighbor Don Fernando.

Memorias de una Villa

Title: Cultural Vortex A piece of urban art that is based on a mathematical harmony, seeks to transform the facade into a Cultural Vortex full of color and movement. The design not only guides the gaze through a dynamic flow of structural forms of the irrational, but also proclaims the building as an epicenter of energy and evolution, a place where ideas are concentrated and expanded into the community, suggesting a place of encounter, creation and cultural diversity. Far from what I usually paint, this piece has given me the freedom to create, to explore shapes, composition and color, to express my thoughts and what I sought to represent for this space in a different way.
